Parties were something that Lydia couldn’t, and wouldn’t turn down. She threw easily the best parties in the entire school, and never skimped on the chance to take it outside whether at the beach, a pool, a bonfire, whatever. So naturally, the comet sighting was turning into a full blown party with the bonfire in the woods. And she’d probably already had a few too many drinks, but she knew her limit so she hadn’t planned on anymore. Now she really just had the time to relax and let the buzz guide her through starting a small little dance party, someone hooked their phone to a speaker and the music started in a small clearing to the right. She joined in the middle, moving her body to the music and spinning around until she managed to be along the edge, slamming into someone. Giving them a quick look, a grin stretched over her lips. “I’d apologize, but i’m not sorry, c’mon. Dance!” She grabbed their hand and drug them back in
Watching from a distance was something that Stiles often did when Lydia Martin was concerned. Well, not so much watching - more so admiring. For as long as he could remember, the auburn haired beauty had been the subject of his affections, and even though she had never even paid him any attention, he still found himself fawning over her. After having his fair share of the cheap and albeit perhaps a little too alcoholic punch, Stiles was feeling confident. Hence, why he’d been approaching Lydia when she had turned and slammed into him. “Oh!” Stiles exclaimed, his eyes wide and staring down at the petite beauty, blinking rapidly as he took in the sight of her through ever so slightly hazy eyes. The male didn’t drink often, so when he did, it really didn’t take much for him to get drunk. “Oh- I uh.. Dancing isn’t exactly my forte.” Stiles murmured sloppily, shooting a dopey grin in the woman’s direction.
