Afghanistan… my brothers and sisters-in-arms bought an entire Afghan generation (20-years) of something #otherthanTaliban. As Borough of Shenandoah’s Civil Service Commissioner, I find there is a Public Safety and Health requirement for “THIS IS YOUR SPEED” digital signs on the Gold Star hill as you enter and leave the@Borough from the South. All too often as I drive to #KarpysGym in the morning, cars and trucks speed past, Traveling well in excess of the posted 25-MPH.
