Stephanie Lynne Calams Memorial Scholarship

We donated $500 to Chino Valley Unified School District! We were so happy to be able to donate this money to them and they purchased so many school supplies that were able to be given away to their students! 

Leslie Estrada,  a senior at Chino Valley High School, is a member of Honors Academy graduating with a 3.92 GPA. In addition to being the #1 Varsity Runner in Girls Cross County, Leslie is a member of the Track and Field Team. While at Chino Valley High School, she has earned 17 college credits and has served as Student Body President. She is a member of National Honor Society and volunteers in her community with Special Olympics, hunger abatement, and with Wreaths Across America.  In her free time she enjoys listening to music and contributing to her community whenever given the opportunity! Leslie will be attending Berea College in Kentucky in the fall of 2022 and plans to major in Health and Human performance, ultimately pursing a career as Physical Therapist.

Here's one of our recipients who was awarded a scholarship this year. Her name is Jaiden Behlow who has earned a perfect 4.0 from Mingus Union High School. Jaiden will be attending Grand Canyon University in Arizona where she will pursue a nursing degree. All of us here at Stephanie's Scholarships are extremely happy that Jaiden will continue on with her education and carry on Stephanie's legacy. Congratulations, Jaiden !!

Zane Dockery Band

Stacey Gibson-Cooper is a singer hailing from the small East Texas town of Noonday and currently living in McKinney, Texas with her family.  While Stacey’s main career is within Human Resources, she moonlights as a Worship Leader at Preston Trail Community Church and sings the National Anthem at local venues such as Frisco Rough Riders and Lone Star Park.

Brian Wilbin - Drums

Progressive hard rock band from North Texas established in 2008 and is currently still playing in touring all original rock and roll music. Members include: Sean Bankston; lead vocals, bass, & keyboard. Michael Shumway; lead rhythm guitar technical advisor. Darren Doyle; percussion all drums technical advisor.

Tabloo is a band that performs original music along with covers that are mainly Blues oriented.

Singer-songwriter Ron Bultongez is living the American Dream. From growing up in the Democratic Republic of Congo to being named the “Hometown Hero” of Plano, TX and becoming a Top 24 Finalist on American Idol 2018, where he left Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan in awe of his voice. Ron’s dreams have taken him far. His journey, depth, and spirit are evident in his smooth yet raspy vocals and his bluesy, soulful songwriting.

Madison Tyler, 11 years old, of Friona, Texas. Madison has been playing the fiddle since the age of seven years old. She has placed in many fiddle contest here in Texas among those a second place at the world-famous Bob Wills Day in Turkey, Texas. She has also performed at the NRA show as well as various other events. She will be accompanied by her great uncle ,Bob Randles who has over 50 years experience of playing a multitude of instruments. The genre of music to be preformed will be a combination of Country, Gospel, Folk songs, and a little bit of Bluegrass.
