«Wonderful? Pfff.» But who was he to say no to a pretty woman that simply wanted a distraction from the storm? «Prepare yourself for the worst karaoke performance ever.» Nate teased before he went back up on the stage, blasting a somewhat professional version of ‘You Got It (The Right Stuff)’ by New Kids On The Block.   

“Yes, wonderful!” She exclaimed with a confident smile. She had a good feeling about him. At the end she found herself clapping with an excited look upon her face. “See? that wasn’t just wonderful it was amazing.”

     “A shower and a new shirt would be actually great, sweetheart. Would that be something you can help me with?”

“I… that… it really is.”

«I’m not sure if I should take my turn.» Jonathan laughed after she approached him. «You did a terrific job. It would be hard for me to live it up to the expectations.»

Celeste let out a nice laugh, it felt good to do so. “Oh come on, I’m sure your voice is wonderful!”

“dammit. that’s not reassuring.”

Nate kind of didn’t expect her to say yes and he was surprised to see the enthusiasm as she rushed up to the stage. He was prepared for the worst, but she turned out to have… one hell of a voice. The hunter cheered her on for a moment before he leaned back against the wall, listening to her song. Yeah, it was a chick song, but he liked it. Just like everybody else, it seemed. They all looked captured by the performance, almost as if the snowstorm and the panic didn’t exist.

Celeste was having a blast singing. She may not of had any background music to go to it but still, it was sure fun. A nice take away from the stress of the snowstorm. Once she finished the song a sheepish look appeared upon her face, realizing others had been watching. Well of course they were... She should of known better, but she didn’t regret it. A few people clapped once she finished and she chuckled sheepishly. “Thank you.” She approached the man who started it all. “Your turn now, right?”
