The fine white powder that littered the ground glistened against the morning sun, some flakes were still coming down from the fluffy clouds above. It was rather cold now, as it usually was in December. Cy, who had woken up early to randomly show up at the place where he knew Ethan would be, was preparing some items that he was going to bring. A tin, circle shaped bin with some holiday prints on it was the storage of such items, which included sugar cookies, cannolis, buckeye candy, and chocolate truffles.
Once the tiny skeleton was done placing the treats in the bin, he sealed it and placed it in his messenger bag to temporarily hold onto it. Soon, after he dressed himself in a rather large scarlet sweater and some beige sweatpants pair with spruce brown boots with beige fluff on the inside, Cy rushes out the door and arrives at the place where Ethan is staying. He quickly sends a message that he is at the place to said person and waits.

Ethan looks down at his phone, confused… eh, must be something that Cy does. He shrugs and gets up to go see if he really is there.
Sure enough, when he opens the door, the small skeleton is standing there, carrying a bag. “Hey… can I help you with anything?” He tilts his head curiously, looking down at the much shorter skeleton.
Cy grinned joyously when the door opened, “hey! Can I come in?” He asked, his grin wide and full of expression. His tail waved around happily around like a cat’s curious and expressive tail, “I don’t really need anything, I just wanted to visit. Is that okay?”
“Heh, sure, come on in.” Ethan steps out of the way to let Cy walk in, a small smile adorning his face. He looks rather amused.
The male quickly made his way into the house, his aura seemed almost the beam in excitement. He then set his bag down to merely open it and take the bin out to give it to Ethan, which is what he does after the door is shut and Ethan is closer to the smaller one, “I wanted to make you something, so I made a bunch of somethings for you. I couldn’t choose what so… Yeah!” He chirped as he handed the bin to the other.
“Aw, thanks Cy!” Ethan grins and looks inside curiously. He takes out a truffle and pops it in his mouth happily, snapping the rest into his room, “So, what’s up?” His ears perk curiously, his own tail wagging.
Cy giggled at the truffle moment and perked up a little, “nothing much, actually. Which is a little surprising, regarding how my life has been for the past year or so,” he shrugged and cocked his head a little to the side, “what about you?”
“Eh, nothing has really happened to me recently, just a bunch of anons t… nevermind.” Ethan’s face turns a shade of pink as he looks away awkwardly.
His face twisted into a rather concerned expression, “what did they do? Can you tell me?” His tail flicked up in curiosity and he held out a hand for the other to take as a comforting gesture.
His tail wags a bit, “Ah, uh, it’s nothing…” He smiles at Cy, “They uh… kept asking me about you and Lock…” His smile fades and he looks down at his feet shyly.
“What about us? Did we… Did I do something wrong?” He questioned, his tone of voice remaing soft and gentle even with the words he spoke. Cy hovered his hand over Ethan’s arm, almost like he was scared to touch the other male, “Please tell me, Ethan.”
Ethan stutters, then laughs awkwardly, “I- uh- eh heh, it’s um- n-nothing!” He looks like he’s internally screaming. He gulps, “I- uh- They kept asking if I like you and Lock, and what I think about both of you.”
Cy hummed curiously, “I’m rather curious about what you said, but I won’t press further as it is your privacy. I wish not to invade it,” he smiled warmly before his eyes danced around the place, “can we, um, watch a movie or something like that?”
“I-If you want, eh heh…” He gulps, hoping this won’t go any further. He walks into the living room with Cy and starts up a good Disney movie, smiling a bit.
“What movie are we watching?” He asked and silently sat down on a couch nearby, his tail neatly resting on his lap and pushing his glasses up against his face to keep them up.
“Zootopia. It’s cute.” Ethan shrugs and plops down on the couch with a small smirk.
“I’ve never seen it, what is it about?” He hummed and scooted closer to Ethan, his smile becoming more like a grin.
“Drugs and racism.” Is Ethan’s first answer. He continues to say what it’s about on the surface; a bunny is trying to become a cop and hijinx ensue when she meets a fox. “But if you looks just a bit closer, it’s about pushing drugs to make majorities, in this case the prey, hate minorities, the predators.”
“… Huh,” he deadpanned after a few minutes, “that’s interesting. I’ll see it for myself,” he purred and flicks his tail a bit to the side, “what is your view on it?”
“It’s a good movie.” Ethan hums, smiling softly.
"I hope it is!" He exclaimed, his focus moving over to Ethan, "can we cuddle? Are you okay with that?"
