ok so i’m just gonna do this with bullet points because i find that the easiest way :-)
stella xhaka is 19 years old, born in pristina, kosovo but fleed to the us with her parents when she was just a 3 months old baby!!!!
to sum her up: the pristine was her label. she doesn’t cuss, she doesn’t drink, do drugs or has sex. those words barely exist in her vocabulary skskshdh so yeah she’s really innocent but her heart is genuinely of gold. she would never hurt anyone and she’s always there for people if they need her. ok back to the back story !
the first few years of her life weren’t that easy.....she lived in the bronx and her parents got the worst job as immigrants without any degrees so the money they made was just enough to pay the rent of the 1 bedroom apartment & some food to get through every month :/ she never really had any nice clothes or gadgets or whatever kids her age had. this makes her an extremely grateful person, she’s literally sososo happy with the smallest things.
when she felt sad because she got mean comments from kids at school, the only thing that helped her was dancing. whenever she had a bad day she got home and turned the radio on, making up whole dance routines on any kind of song there was. it made her rly happy :)
when stella was 8 years old, her parents decided to work really hard to still get a degree and climb higher up to earn more money. they got scholarships and went to law !!! school
after stella’s parents got her degrees they started working and were earning pretty well quite soon. they moved to a nicer place in brooklyn and after a few years they could even afford a place in manhattan. this was all so weird for stella bc not only the wallets changed...their personalities did too :/ they were a lot less grateful for small things and suddenly started spoiling her tons when she didn’t even feel the need for that at all???
one positive thing about the fact that there was no longer a money problem was that stella could finally take dancing lessons :) she loved going there and the group had a performance every year and she enjoyed being on stage insanely much
when she was 17 she got approached by ricky (who’s now her manager ;)) after a performance. ricky offered her the best of both worlds; a stable life with a dancing career. a BIG dancing career and her own studio where she could give her own lessons. this sounded like music to her ears...not so much to her parents tho
dancing was fine as an activity, but as a career???? hell nah, not to the xhaka fam :/ they wanted her to go to law school as well, to be completely sure she would not have the problems they used to have when she’s older. but stella thought, pardon my french, this was bullshit. so she stook ricky’s deal anyways l o l :p
before she knew it she became h u g e. performing in programs like so you think you can dance and teaching only the best kids in manhattan how to dance :) she really enjoys it & lives in an amazing place in the center of manhattan
however, ricky was nice at the start but it didn’t take stella too long to see what he was really like. a greedy manager that wants her to do a lot of stuff that is nothing like her bc of the money :/ stuff like pr stunts and sometimes just pretending she’s a completely different person. she signed a contract which she can’t get out of and she doesn’t want to tell her parents bc they barely have any contact with her, disappointed in her decisions. so she’s quite alone in this situation.....which is rlly sad
so yeah.....i think that’s it??? skskjhhg i know that was a lot so thank you if you actually read it bc i wouldn’t.....anyways um i would love to plot with all of u munchkins so just hmu with whatever ideas you have. i’m fine with anything :) i would rly like someone to be a part of a pr stunt she has to do or smth?? honestly i’m just so excited to be here pls dm me ok bye <3
