weak today (fasting) and i made the mistake of getting a 24 pack of diet coke i have to walk home myself so i'm taking a break outside and now there's a storm warning 😭 so i have to run home before i get rained on

i know it won't last but i've lost >1lb for the past 3 days?? and hit my gw today 🥳

1st of the month so i'm starting it off with a fast ! i have to work really hard this month so i can reach my goals by my birthday (arbitrary deadline but it helps for motivation)

just realised i am starving myself for a man :/ but it's bcs i don't believe anyone can love me like this okay it's not just him i swear

i made a list of weights i should be by certain dates and now i'm making it my life's mission to race it

convincing myself having milk in my coffee is fine bcs it's all the calories i'm having for the day and yknow what? that makes sense to me

i was on meds to treat my mental illness(es) and gained weight so i stopped taking them to lose it...i should not be in charge of my own life
