i’m just gonna post this here but: my dad just lost his job and that leaves my mom as the only income for our family. they have their own bills and i was able to pay my rent today, but i still gave roughly $250 in bills coming this month. if you have any spare change, my venmo is emss89 but please please don’t feel pressured to help me, i know there are other people who need it more.
to make matters worse, we just found out that, since our campus house is sitting vacant at the moment, it was broken into last night. they didn’t necessarily take much but there was a lot of damage to the front door and one of the windows. our landlord is only covering half of the repairs because he’s an idiot, so. i’m even more fucked than i thought!

update: my mom’s last day at work for who knows how long is thursday. after that, both of my parents will be without employment. i still have about $200 worth of bills coming. in addition to that, one of my professors got changed and the new one is requiring a new textbook, which is $56. i feel like absolute shit to even be asking you guys for help, i know other people have way bigger issues but i’m scared and i don’t know what else to do. thank you if you’ve shared this post, you don’t know what that means to me. my paypal and venmo are emss89. every little bit helps, even if it’s just pocket change.
