So we did a thing today. I told the shelter I foster for to give me the WORST cat they have.
They delivered.
They gave me Fleetwood! It took 4 of us to get him in a carrier with a broom, a blanket, and a net. I also got cut to hell helping trap him. My hands are torn up and so is my shoulder. The director was like "are you still gonna take him?"
Yes ma'am I am.
This cat is going to die in the shelter. Everyone applies for him but come to meet him and hes so mean and so shitty that they back out. No one is ever going to want him. He's terrified and lashing out badly. The shelter ruined him a bit.
So he's with us now. Hopefully we can get him adoptable and save his life. These are the cats we make the biggest difference for.
No one believed we would take him, but we did. Even after he tore me up. Because hes an innocent, scared animal that deserves a chance.

My doctor is giving me a referral to a dermatologist to try and manage it. There's no cure, and all you can do is throw things at it until something works - if anything works.
Not a terrible diagnosis though. Because antihistamines DO still work on me. We will figure it out. I'm positive with this diagnosis. We will get it figured out. It's not life threatening. But it's..very annoying. And chronic.

Then finding out my friend is going with her mom oct 3-10th.
My husband told me he would stay home with the animals if I wanted to have a semi girls trip with my friend. Her mom more than welcomed me. But I'll only be doing the parks on the weekend and im bringing my laptop to work at the hotel during the day/use the pools at the resort and then go out with my friend to disney springs or resort hopping at night!
Ten days in disney, a few days later, 7 more days in Disney.

Uhm I just learned that Kim Kardashian took the towel Kimi used to wipe his face with, like she full on wiped her face with it after he did then she just took it with her.
Am I the only one who finds this a little weird for someone her age to do that?
I mean if it had any ill-intent thats weird but casually I dont think its weird. Did she know he used it or was she just handed/she just took a towel? I didn't watch the entire short because the dude talking was fucking ridiculous but the small clip I saw she was just handed a towel and dabbed her face.
Like its gross if she knew it had been used because sweat is disgusting unless she just doesnt care, lmao. But unless she meant anything sexual by it (and I do not think she did) I dont think its weird.
Ive wiped my face with the same wet towel Ive used to clean my nieces faces with after they had a meal. I know its different bc like ...family. But if the intent isn't bad I dont think its an issue. Its not like she said or did anything appropriate about him/to him. That would be really weird.
My aunt bought the tickets for darlington and mentioned she wanted closer parking so I told her I'd pay for the parking. And I'll get her snacks at the track too.
She remembered that my husband has a permanent foot injury. I didn't even know she KNEW. So I may have been giving her less credit that I should have for a while.
Anyway, Darlington is set! I was going to go regardless, but I am really happy that my aunt is coming with us!
Pierre deserved that p3 I'm sorry to the Isack fans, also I love how people were like "Oh LeWiS iS wAsHeD" "hE nEeDs To ReTiRe" last year and now this year he's showing these people why he doesn't need to retire. Also Lance man I know you are gonna be in for a few more years but you have the chance to leave and join something else.

I agree Pierre earned his P3 and therefore should be his. On the flipside, however, I do see that rules were broken and thus a penalty must be put in place for that. They cannot give anyone special treatment. As much as I needed that P3 for him and wanted it so badly because he did earn it...unfortunately that is what happens sometimes in sports 😭
Lewis is fantastic! Thankfully in my server we have none of the "hes washed" - in fact, we are very Lewis positive in there! Glad he's sticking around a while!
Lance...I dont have many good things to say about him. He's just done too much damage. I try not to get too deep into driver personal lives but his choices to be with very zionistic people as his partners is quite telling and I dont put up with it.
