I’ve recently been thinking about Annuity’s background and especially their relationships before they became who they are now, mainly Swindle… swindle guy is making their oc have a dynamic with swindle I know it’s lame sue me.

Mostly what I was thinking about how Swindle was probably the most helpful to them after they killed their old boss Grindstone. They probably retell the story of how it happened as if they had more agency to how it turned out but in reality it was an accident when he was getting frustrated and violent with them and they clawed blindly in self defense, hitting vital arteries. Swindle being Swindle was able to cover up the story and also get his hands in Grindstone’s fortune in return for the assistance.
