So, I might be a few days from going broke.
I recently received an email from my former university, in which I was told I would be sent an invoice for just over £1,800 to cover the costs of the single term I spent there. This is because, due to complications with my legal name change, I was never able to get a student loan approved.
Because my only source of income is disability benefits, I have little ability to save money, and barely have more than £1,800 as is. I also only have a few weeks of HRT left before I have to buy more, which generally comes out to £400 for a few months. This is all ignoring the cost of groceries.
Because of this, I'm opting to turn to the community here for help. I actually have a goal this time, so hopefully that can be some kind of motivator. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated, though do keep in mind that KoFi takes a cut of each payment (I prefer not to make my PayPal public for personal reasons).
