I’m gonna put some pretty cool OCs on there and gonna draw a bunch of attacks

I saw the tv glow is so horrifying because of the fact that the mc had the chance to be herself but just couldn’t

She had so many chances to take control and live her truth

But also she had no control at all

Her only comforts like her mom and Maddie got stripped away from her

When she tries to call out fir help at the end no one answered when she’s tried to relive her childhood she couldn’t cause the show changed she got the job at the arcade cause of her bosss not cause it’s what she wanted

I could go on forever

But going with Maddie Tara means literally killing her old life and the comfort that she made

But this is so horrific to me because it shows how when your queer or different there is never really a good option no matter what you will suffer But also you have no choice there is really only the illusion of choice

No matter what choice you seek to make

You are killing some part of you

I don’t like the idea that there is a real you I think only a true part of you

Because the you that’s not living your truth is still real so it’s still killing that person when you have to leave them behind

It makes me think about all the what ifs in my life and how I’ve let fear control me for so long

I’ve had moments like the one on the baseball field and in the party and in the bathroom
