Lelouch and Suzaku hating each other upon the first meeting -> same for Elphaba and Glinda.

Lelouch desperately using geass to keep Suzaku alive without fully knowing the repercussions -> Elphaba casting a spell she admits to not understanding to desperately save Fiyero.

Suzaku passing a phone call with Nunnally over to a (pretending) amnesiac Lelouch to catch him -> Glinda's suggestion they use Nessa Rose to lure Elphaba.

Lelouch agreeing to meet Suzaku to apologise and beg for forgiveness, only to then be ambushed by Britannian guards -> Elphaba thinking Glinda planned for her to be apprehended at Nessa Rose's burial site.

Lelouch passing on the role of Zero to Suzaku -> Elphaba passing the magic book to Glinda.

Suzaku being led to believe he killed Lelouch, (who was actually alive) -> Glinda believing Elphaba is dead (who is alive and with Fiyero). (*I previously mentioned how Changed For Good fits CG here).
