The first impression of this coffee is about as good as it can get. The flavors are not that overpowering fruit bomb which I believe allows more delicate flavors to shine. When brewing I found an awesome honey/floral aroma. When you do finally get to the good part it has a nice, not overpowering blueberry forward with a honeysuckle middle that ends with a nice spicy finish all the while having a tantalizing silky body. You can most definitely tell that the guys over at Sump in St. Louis take a ton of pride when roasting their coffee.
