In manga like #Alita eye lineart represents the emotions: it's not a billions color painting. This film is proof that these hollywoodians does not understand anything about drawing rules, drawing styles, inking: they make movies based on kids fanart or some anime version, maybe this aesthetics's choice is cool for most of te great social-internet-youtube-makeup-fb-mass fanbase, but is not the logic artistic choice. It’s only a money based choice.
