if u dont acknowledge the fanfics u read, the writer wonβt think anyone is actually taking the time to read their stuff, which makes our effort feel wasted and our passions feel worthless
Tell. The. Fanfic. Writers. How. You. Feel.
I will always reblog this. Itβs important.
This is a huge reason I stopped writing fanfic
I love hearing from you guys. And when I donβt, it can definitely feel isolating.
Comment and tell fanfic writers how much you appreciate what they are providing to you. Make this the year of content created appreciation!
Much love to you all!
I agree. I went into a slump after writing a few works, but got no feedback.
I thrive off of comments and asks relating to a work. I havenβt been writing a lot lately, but thatβs because Iβve been planning for the projects Iβm doing. But also because I want to end the school year (my senior year) early so Iβll have more time to write for you guys before Uni.
A little comment/ask can make the biggest difference.π
pls do leave even a smol comment, it makes my day 10x better π₯Ί
Getting a comment is amazing, and as the reader, knowing you just made someoneβs day better, even by a bit, is so nice. Even if the author doesnβt respond right away or respond at all, knowing they probably read your comment and were affected by it is a great feeling.
