my toxic trait is that i never know how to talk about my feelings. i talk to myself in my head a lot about how i feel & i explain it so well, but getting it to actually come out my mouth is so hard

Some people are born with the gift to make you love them, but hate yourself. To want them to live but yourself to die. To see the best in them but to see the dispise in yourself. Where you once loved yourself, you start to see how worthless your own self is. You hate yourself. You rather die. These same people say you're the problem, they add more to your plate. They name call you. They see the worst in you. They make you see darkness, yet have the ability to ask why you are not the light as before..... - s.s
