Who am I?
Matt (39) - Aging punk rocker, dad, animal lover, prep cook, big time nerd, carpenter, hiker, biker (bicycles), bi polar, depressed, adult teenager, source of all my own problems, extrovert with almost no friends, horrible with dating, amature photographer, writer, lifelong gamemaster, artsy, music addict and general all around weirdo. Basically, all the way to the left politically.
Who are the people in my blog? The names have been changed to protect the innocent.
Fixlicks - My 15 year old son. He's pretty fucking rad. I love my kid. I have shared custody with his mom. We go on crazy adventures and cause trouble, maybe a bit too much.
Betty - My best friend and former girlfriend from a lifetime ago. Super nice, beautiful, very smart, amazing mom. Betty is definitely the voice i hear in my head pushing me to be a better person.
Sally - A girl I've got to know pretty well over the last year or so. Really really cool, hot as the summertime, great mom, weird (but in a good way), weeb.
Judy - A woman i met recently on FB dating. Smart, hard working, great mom, funny, very pretty, kind and compassionate, i love talking to her. Unfortunately, she lives 100 miles away, and we can't really travel that far frequently.
A3 - My most recent ex-girlfriend. Extremely manipulative and self-centered. Has extreme hypochondria and other mental health problems way past mine or most people. Owes me a bunch of money and stole some of my stuff on top of it. I probably won't talk about her much on here. I dont talk to her anymore at all. Met her in the psyche ward 🤦♂️.
Voldemort - My ex-wife. We are getting along at the moment, but she can be a nightmare person when she's mad me. I probably won't talk much about her either as we really don't have much to do with each other anymore. She also has a bunch of my stuff.
Mom - Ugh, non-stop pain in my ass. I love mom, but she treats me like an igornant baby and lives in her own little world where she is right about everything all the time. Conservative, Trump supporting, hardcore christian 🤮.
What's my life like?
I work a lot in a really cool restraunt that I love. I hike around the Cleveland Metroparks nearly every day and work out frequently (but not enough 😑). I smoke a ton of weed when I have money and listen to music constantly while doing all the other stuff. I used to play games constantly, ttrpgs, magic the gathering, warhammer 40k, boardgames and videogames - but ever since my divorce started, I have trouble focusing on anything more complicated than music. I also write, sculpt, and paint a bit, but again, not as much as I used to. I have a 400 page ttrpg I've been working on since 2012 but finishing it seems like a distant dream at the moment but it's pretty professional and ive even ran it before for a group of players.

Why Spinning and Falling in Berea (and other places)?
I once told an old friend that my life only makes sense to me when it feels like I'm in an uncontrollable freefall. That's when I'm at my best. When everything is one fire and people are freaking out, I'm calm and collected. When stuff is calm and controlled, I'm an anxious mess. Also, I live in Berea, ohio, lol.
Biggest Strengths
I'm very open about my life with basically anyone, I have almost no shame or fear of embarrassment, funny sometimes, kind, I can use any tool that I come across, very handy and creative, compassionate, high pain tolerance, I'm as good at getting out of trouble as I am at getting into it, animals like me, I inspire strong emotions in women, and sometimes I'm a halfway decent dad.
Biggest Weaknesses
My own dumb brain, insecure, and anxious. I rarely ever follow good advice, I'm a simp, I have a ton of self hatred, I don't really drive unless I have no other choice, I'm a bit of a music snob, I hate my body and teeth, I inspire strong emotions in women, alcohol, Zebra Cakes, Oreos, Dr Pepper.
Current Goals
Get out of moms house and go a while of barely talking to her. Find a partner that isn't trying to use me, and I'm more than just physically attracted to. Finish my ttrpg and other writing projects. Get in better shape. Fix my bike. Find a way to kill around 1000 very specific people all at the same time publicly, that last one was a joke ofc obv.
