This is my 6th day of intermittent fasting. I am still hella bloated when I wake up in the morning. I am drinking 90-120 ounces of water every day and I’m not counting calories but I’m sure I’m consuming at least 1200 a day, probably closer to 1400. Mostly nutritious food, a Hershey kiss every now and then. The bloating is still there.
Is this normal? Maybe this isn’t the diet for me? Let me know if you have any idea, please.
