Secondary Data (Aranea and Sollux)
Sollux stared blankly at her for a moment before slowly looking back into his sparsely decorated room. He stood for a moment head turned away deciding if it was even worth going back inside his room or if he should just go to her hive dirty shirt and all. He turned lazily around with a dry hum and began shuffling through some fresh laundry piled on his floor and tugged a fresh shirt out. The low blood slipped his delicate form the rumpled one he was sleeping in into the slightly less wrinkled one he just pulled free. The dirty one was tossed to the corner of the room before slipping his bare feet into his mismatched shoes before shuffling back to the door.
âI donât keep snacks in my room,"Sollux murmured as he slipped out the door. "It might attract people. I also have absolutely nothing worth bringing with me because the husktop they provide is a fucking joke and I donât think Iâve ever actually read a book. So lead they way to you hive and lets make this as painless as possible.â He motioned for her to lead the way, his steps slow and short as waited for Aranea to pass him.
Aranea silently watched as Sollux headed back into the room, craning her neck slightly so she could see better. Â He didnât quite seem to be one for organization, but she could understand why such a thing wouldnât be a priority for him, given the circumstances he lived under. Â She was sure that there were others who felt similarly to him, even if she was unsure if sheâd met them.
The cerulean backed away from his doorway as he approached the door, eyes on him as he spoke. Â âVery well then,â she replied with a nod. Â She headed past him when he motioned for her to, not having to cast a glance back over her shoulder to tell that he was following. Â âIâve never heard any others complain about the husktops they provide before. Â Iâm guessing youâve had your share of experience with more advanced computers, then?â
