sorry i’ve been saying so much about pestilences and diseases and plagues it’s just that i sometimes miss causing pestilences and diseases and plagues.

i was there, i seen it with mine own two eyes.

personally i just hate him because i hate him. other missionaries had been puttin in the legwork to convert the emerald isle long before patty showed up but he’s the one that gets the credit for it and then the catholics had to go and add on driving snakes away when, i cannot state this enough, there weren’t ever snakes in ireland to begin with. 

i’m much too old to explain why i hope ol saint patty rots in hell but i will say that the google is helpful for these sorts of matters and it weren’t too difficult to find better information about the whole debacle.

tis true, i do get big and ugly in the winter times. but even more truthfully, there were a time when i was much bigger and much uglier and the people fed me well to keep my pestilence at bay, and i am now but a shadow of my former glory all on account of saint fucking patrick, may he rot.

wish i could sing. i doubt i’d be very good at it, in the same way that johnny cash or nick cave have sort of objectively god awful fucking voices but still sound pretty good. i would love to sing though. i’d sing all the time. you’d have to kill me to shut me up and i can’t die so you’d have to just deal with me straight wailing in your ear.

been a mite obsessed with dig gravedigger dig by corb lund. it’s a fun song. i love a nice jaunty little tune about gravediggers, i think they’re neat.
