You know what pisses me off more than anything in this fandom? Astarion with women. The man is gay AF and yet the whole fandom is shipping him with their female character. Its all I fucking see, everywhere is flooded with Astarion kissing some chick. Literally no one playing the game to romance Astarion makes a male character, its always disgusting women.
He’s canonically pansexual, as are all the characters. Not to mention if you don’t pursue him romantically he hooks up with Lae’zel at the Tiefling party. Just because he is flamboyant and has certain mannerisms doesn’t mean he is ‘gay af’. I have romanced Astarion with both male and female characters as I know a lot of people have. If you don’t like seeing Astarion with female characters maybe stay off of the internet, it’s an RPG and the option is there to romance all of them as male, female and more. Go and role play how you want to but don’t tell other people how to play their game.
