Which is better? ArcPy Calculate Field or Update Cursor?
When concatenating field values, Update Cursor was almost 2x faster than Calculate Field!
Test was done on a feature class with 400K records. When done on a feature class with 100K records, Calculate Field took around 6 seconds and Update Cursor took around 3 seconds.
