She frowned at her complex explanation -which wasn’t this hard after all-, and huffed. “Oh, matesprite. I see.” She said, and then chuckled, feeling suddenly awkward. Then never had any of her quadrants filled up, because of the ‘out of touch’ behaviour. 

At Rivers sudden question, she made a ‘yeeesss?’ not even sure herself if she was okay. She made the worst forced smile ever, while staring at her. “I’m … feeling great.” She weakly said. 

Rivers puffs her cheeks, telling from her friend’s rather obvious tone that she wasn’t. She opens her mouth to speak when all of a sudden Nommix launches at Leaner.

She had a huge jumspcare when the grub jumped at her, stood up quickly in a squeak and moved her hands to be sure she’ll not touch it. “M-My god!! It’s trying to attack m-me!! Rivers please!” She said at her friend, her voice trembling as she was trying to be motionless whil the grub was hanging on her shirt. 

"NoMMy!!" She squawks as she shoots up. Nommix crawls up until he reaches the top of her head and situates himself. "Ack- NOmmY!"

She made a long and weak ‘aaaaahhhh…!!’ while staring at the thing slowly crawling up to her face, clearly afraid of the grub. “R-Rivers!!” She shouted, when the grub reached her hair. He moved her goggles a bit off with his claws while trying to stabilize himself. 

Rivers goes on her tip toes and takes Nommix. “Bad NoMMy.” She holds him like a baby as he wriggles and screes. She looks up to Leaner. “! am SO soRRy¡”

She is petrified by all happenned. Why did this thing attacked her? She was sure thing inoffensive little grub was harmless. She let off a deep sigh when Rivers took the grub away, happy it wouldn’t touch her anymore. “W-what did thing wanted from me…?” She asked, as a disgusted expression came on her face while looking at the grub. 

Nommix puffs out his cheeks like his lusus has done so many times. Rivers looks to her grubby grub, pondering why Nommix would pounce at her friend, “WeLL he l!kes nest!ng !n people’s hair. Maybe he wanted to sEE what he could get away w!th you. He’s a b!t of a trouble maker….”

"I...I can see that...!" She forced a smile anyway, it was of course a sudden attack, but not painfull at all. She, once dusting off her shirt, took back her mug in hands, and weakly sipped in.

"Well! I have been pretty great since our meeting!" She said with a chuckle "I’m still a bit sleepy right now! Papangolin (lusus) and I just woke up!

She chuckles and claps her hands, “! could make ya some coFFEE to help wake ya !f you’d l!ke.”

"C-coffee?" She said, a large smile coming on her face. "I’d LOVE to." She claps her hands, imitating her friend. 

Rivers grabs her hand and drags her away, “Well follow me then~¡ ! can wh!p up a real trEEt¡”

All smily smiling, she follows her, her hand on her cheek, thinking of how delicious this sweety coffee could be. “Aaaah~ Alrighty~ “

She drags her friend into a rather interesting looking castle, and through various halls. “GaAAah, ! can’t even remember whe- OH! There!” The excited lil troll drags her into a huge library. “Stay here a sec, ok!~?” She lets out a goofy grin.

She waited a bit, standing, not really knowing what to do. Then, she simpli sits down, and smiles,  looking at all the books in this place.  "… I don’t know how to read, haha.. shame on me…" She thought, giggling. 

Rivers soon comes back with 2 mugs of coffee, both with a GOOOD amount of whip cream on them. “Here ya go¡” She smiles as she hands Leaner a mug.

She stared at the whipped cream with interrest, even though she never tasted a thing like this. Then, she takes her mug, and blows air on it to cool down. “Thank youuu~” She said to Rivers, smiling. She then takes a sip in the coffee. 

"You’re welcome~." She smiles as she plops into a seat, and take a sip of her own drink. Her ears twitch slightly as she hears soft scuttling in the background, but tries to ignore it.

She clearly noticed Riv’s ears moving, she looked from her drink to her face, a brow arched. “Did you hear something out there?” She asked, then continued her peacfully sipping. 

At the sudden and absurd scene taking place in front of her eyes, she stared at the thing, it was the first time she saw a thing like that. (because Leaner is out of touch, remember) A slightly disgust same on her face as the thing started to hiss. “My godness. W-what… is that thing…??”  She said, pointing carefully at the thing on top of Rivs head.

She frowned, a bit confused by all of this. “Strangely strange.” She said, and hummed. “…” She kept silent when the grub made this screeee thing again.

Once the grub calmed down a bit, she leaned a bit over to stare at it a bit closer. Then, she looked down at Rivs. "This thing is really interresting. Where can I find one like that?" She asked, like if it was a normal question. 

She gasps and tackles the familiar face, squawking happily. “HOLY SH!T. LEeeEANeeER~”
