A couple of months ago, I finally put the Skyrim Nightingale embroidery I made on stream into a hoop. It only took like a year and a half but who's counting, lol.Β
The texture of the stitches looks so nice on the wall in the daylight.Β
Stitches used: french knots for the moss, long and short following the shape of the circle for the stone, and chain stitch as the fill for the Nightingale emblem.
Too bad it was the month we found out we had to move and it only got to be up for a couple of weeks. π

CHAPTER I, PART I
Speak of the Dead is a horror comic I've been working on since 2021.
It's a story about a centipede-Entity who can posses dead bodies and a depressed anxious guy working in a small town morgue.
It's also a love story.
This comic was banned in some stores and websites in my country, so I've decided to transtale it to english in it's entirety and post it here.
It's about 400 pages long and I have 200 or so pages left to draw.
You probably already seen the first two chapters if you followed me for a while, but I added a new prologue and changed some pages.

I'm really not apologetic with this hard stance, either. I'm very firm on this, too. My art has already been used, twice now by people who did not ask my permission, so they could "enhance it" with Gen AI. I really see nothing good coming from generative AI except poor excuses for laziness and glorified search engines that don't work.
This is an important time to make the distinction between generative and analytical AI. Analytical AI is what AI is supposed to be for. Itβs all the boring stuff like analyzing data for patterns. For example, you probably heard about that AI that was designed to tell apart bear claws from croissants for a bakery that is now being used to detect cancer cells with greater accuracy than human doctors. Thatβs an analytical AI, while everything mentioned in the post above is generative AI. (Which sucks!)
