‎A person who ruins himself at the expense of trying to fix others is a fool. He is like a person who has scorpions in his sleeves but focuses on driving flies away from others.

إِنْ شِئْتُمْ لَأُحَدِّثَنَّكُمْ مَنْ أَحَبُّ عِبَادِ الله إِلَى الله؟ If you wish, I will tell you who are most beloved to Allah:

الَّذِينَ يُحَبِّبُونَ الله إِلَى عِبَادِهِ ويَعْمَلُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ نُصْحًا those who inspire His love in the hearts of His servants, and act with sincere counsel and righteousness on the earth.

“Whenever you make someone else happy, rest assured that happiness will come back to you in return, along with your reward from Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.”

“The Companions considered respecting women as a sign of male nobility.”

بَلَغَنَا وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ، أَنَّ أَكْثَرَ مَا يَجِدُ الْمُؤْمِنُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي كِتَابِهِ مِنَ الْحَسَنَاتِ، الْهَمُّ وَالْحُزْنُ

“We have been informed, and Allah knows best, that the greatest amount of good deeds a believer will find in his record on the Day of Resurrection will be the worries and sadness (that he endured).”

"Ninety percent of good character lies in overlooking (people's faults)."

‎"Righteous actions, including fasting, in the (first) ten days of Dhū al-Ḥijjah are more beloved to Allāh than righteous actions in the last ten days of Ramadan.

‎Yet the people are heedless of the ten days of Dhū al-Hijjah. They pass and the people are upon their normals ways. You find no increase in reading the Qur'ān or other types of worship, rather some of them are even stingy with the takbīr."
