Cleveland Space Apps Challenge

We are excited to announce that for the second year in a row, the NASA Glenn Research Center will be hosting the Cleveland location for the International Space Apps Challenge. Here is a short video about the Challenge.

The event will take place April 22-24, 2016 in NASA Glenn’s beautiful, state-of-the-art Mission Integration Center. 

The event is done in collaboration with OHTec and Cleveland Tech Events and is part of OHTec’s Tech Week, which takes place from April 13 through 24.

Last year, the Cleveland location had the fourth highest number of attendees in the US.

This year the goal is to have even more participants. As part of NASA Glenn’s 75th anniversary in 2016, the event should be bigger and better than ever! Some key features of this year’s event:

Please join us! Participants of all ages, skills, and experience levels are encouraged to sign up. This is much more than a software hackathon.

The only restriction is that, unfortunately, participation at the host location is restricted to U.S.Citizens, Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs),  also known as Permanent Resident Aliens (PRAs) or Green Card Holders, U.S. Citizens Representing a Foreign Entity, and persons with multiple citizenships (one of which is U.S.).
