Hi there, my name's Rory! I'm twenty-nine years old, currently living in the pacific northwest US, and have spent the last three years studying the psychology of callouts, how they effect everyone involved, and how we can go about educating and reforming people instead of perpetuating a reductive cycle of hate and shame.
If you've found your way to this blog, it likely means one of two things: either you've been the subject of a callout or you have somehow been effected by the toxicity that public callouts frequently cause. Either way, this blog is a safe place for you. In fact, it is a safe space for everyone. Yes, you read that correctly, everyone! Whether you were featured in a callout, wrote one about someone else, or are just looking for ways to cope in the vitriolic space we call tumblr, so long as you're willing to learn, grow, and heal, you're absolutely welcome here.
My primary goal is to help people heal and grow. Please feel free to ask any kinds of questions you may have involving callouts, the content they're frequently made regarding (racism; lgbt+phobia; emotional, mental, and sexual abuse, ect), or anything else you'd like! I promise I will always do my utmost to answer any question posed to me with grace, respect, and empathy.
