I’m going to do better today. You will no longer hurt me. You will no longer gather your madness inside of me. Your evil will not be inside of me. It will no longer destroy and hurt me. I am light and I have power to stop you from hurting me.

and the sad thing is is that i felt better today. i felt so much better. why. 

everything feels strange You are an actor & I am the echo I feel so fucking bad I just don’t understand whoever I knew has basically died & I wish I knew what abuse was & I wish I knew not to get to know him & now so many people are involved and getting a restraining order has been difficult and I fear for my life everyday and I loved and still love this person but the person I have loved is not real and the real person is egotistical and psychotic and stalks me and assaults me and hurts me I’m hurting and I have been and this week hurts a lot and I’m turning 23 tomorrow and I’m more depressed than I was when my dad died
