how to solve gut wrenching depression exept I dont know if I want to solve- to fix it. If I feel sad It means I dont feel nothing. I dont feel as empty, I feel so filled with sadness It’s overflowing. from the tips of my toes to the top of my head I’m heavy with it. It weighs me down in ways none could possibly understand, and how I want them to understand. I dont want to be greeted with odd or worried looks when I express how I feel.
