The amount of effort i had to go to to find this particular version of this song absolutely astounds me. i couldn't even find anything more than a demo of this song on YouTube which was accompanied by poor sound quality. 

Jimmy Eat World are one of my favourite bands and the fact that they receive little to no recognition blows me away. Anais was released as a bonus track on their seventh album; Invented and to me this was actually my favourite track on the whole album alongside 'Coffee and Cigarettes' & 'My Best Theory' 

If you haven't heard of these guys you seriously need to check out some of their work.

Foals are to me, one of the most influential bands i have listened to. They completely changed my perspective in terms of choices i made in listening to music and they as a band brought me through some really tough times. When i was anxious, nervous or upset, i would put on a foals record and just let it take me away to somewhere far away from where i was. Listening to these guys make me smile, unwind and relax and most of all enjoy being alive.

I chose this song in particular because i guess it bares some relation to the times i normally find myself truly stuck to tumblr

The Cure are one of those bands who have inspired so many current musicians of today. Their unique sound was at the time, in my opinion unparalleled and to this day, their music still remains as it was: Almost untouchable in its beauty.

My song of the day:

so ill mind of hopsin 6 dropped a few days ago and it brought me back to listening to this tune which is still the best ill mind hopsin has done. 

The man speaks his mind and he speaks the truth.
