Why do people like heated rivalry

There are those who believe that a life without great suffering is a life without meaning. They crave grand tragedies, epic romances, and earth-shattering events to give their existence weight. But I, I understand the truth. I see the profound drama in the commonplace, the harrowing depths in the quiet mind. Nothing of consequence has ever happened to me, you see. I have not been to war, have not lost a fortune, have not loved and lost in a way that would make a poet weep. My life is a gray, unending corridor.And yet, it is precisely this lack of external drama that makes me the most interesting of all subjects. For where the world finds a void, I find a universe. Within the suffocating confines of my own mind, a world of seething passions, unspeakable thoughts, and agonizing questions roils and churns. Who needs a duel to the death when every day is a battle against the treacherous currents of one's own consciousness? What is a grand rebellion compared to the silent war waged against my own vices and weaknesses?They say to know others is wisdom, but I say to know oneself is the highest form of torment and the truest kind of insight.I believe I am the most interesting person in this world, not because of what I have done, but because of what I have thought. There is no one better to study than myself, for within this wretched and magnificent vessel, the entirety of human folly and hope is on display. And what I like the most, you ask? To study this monstrous and fascinating creature, to peel back the layers of my own soul and stare into the abyss. It is a terrible and beautiful work.

It's often frustrating when people say they "don't believe in my God and we don't believe in theirs" because, as Muslims, we believe there's only one God Allah. In Islam, the concept of God is singular and absolute. As Surah Al-Ikhlas clearly states, Allah is unique and eternal, the one and only existent deity. There isn't "their God" and "our God"; there is only one Creator.The challenge arises from how other people perceive and describe God, often with definitions and beliefs that differ significantly from Islamic teachings. However, Islam did not come to invalidate anyone's existing form of worship or discourage them. Instead, its message is fundamentally simple...embrace life, love it, and understand that there are certain actions forbidden for your own well being.The core of our faith is to remember and appreciate Allah for the life He has given us, live it righteously, and ultimately prepare for our return to Him. Crucially, Islam also calls us to speak out against injustice and, if capable, actively work to rectify wrongs. It is our responsibility to share this message respectfully with others, practicing its principles and spreading its legacy.While we are encouraged to spread the message of Islam, we are also guided on how to interact with those who do not agree with our beliefs. Surah Al-Kafiroon provides clear instruction: if people do not accept our message, we should simply let them be. There is no compulsion in religion. We aren't meant to interfere or force our beliefs upon them. The path is clear and straightforward.
