PLEASE read pinned post

my friend K has in the past experienced abuse from his stepfather (lets call him F for f*** him cus idk his name). he’s told his narcissistic manipulative mother and she’s said F did nothing wrong. K has told school counselors and his lawyer and theyve claimed they cant do anything. Hes even tried hotlines and theyve been less than incompetent. Please, i need advice, what do i do? I’ve experienced this before, but i told someone after a while (i was too scared for years) and my mom and people helped immediately. It may be because hes a boy and some people dont take that seriously.
