“Someone! Anyone, please! Please! I’m– I’m so scared right now, I don’t know what to do, please,” she begged towards the open air, now hoping only for a miracle. Her voice hitched in her throat as she cried, chest heaving as she wiped the tears from her face with her dirtied sleeves. Suddenly she paused and opened her eyes wide, stifling her sobs into tiny sniffles when she heard the softest rustling from the brush nearby. “Hello..?”

As Atropos' eyes skimmed across the court floor, watching the dancing and jests by the elves around her, suddenly a shadow came over her small stature. Ruven Sunbringer, a man she hadn't seen since driving him astray and their departure of the Gloamweald stood before her, an unreadable smirk on his lips. Suddenly he knelt before her, gently taking her hand and bringing it to his lips, causing her fingers to tremble. "Good evening my dear, how my heart has waited to bask in your presence once more..."
