So I have 2 ridiculous, single-bloom babies, that I probably didn't transplant into big enough pots when I separated them. I'll spare you all the essay re: why I became transfixed by this genus. May it suffice to say that their blossoms are gorgeous, they smell amazing, and they have a fascinating history as a rather dangerous entheogen. I just grew these babies to look at and clap my hands over, courtesy of some seeds from a volunteer plant of a family member. These are datura innoxia, while my tattoo is modeled after datura stramonium.
West Virginia looks her best in the fall.
