So after the success of the first post, here is Part 2 of my trip to Florence, Italy. Spending the time memeing up some of the art in museums

This tense is used when you want to talk about something which is going to happen. For example: I am going to go to the swimming pool.   

First take the person, and the conjugation of aller.

Je vais                                                                                                                   Tu vas                                                                                                       Il/elle/on va                                                                                                     Nous allons                                                                                                      Vous allez                                                                                                   Ils/elles vont

Then add the infinitive verb. This is what you find in the dictionary, before the endings have changed. (penser, manger, aller etc…)

Examples:

Je vais écouter de la musique.                                                                       Nous allons aller à la piscine.                                                                            Elle va porter une robe.
