ANNA SNOW-BJORGMAN.

Due to her recent position at Arendelle Enterprises, Anna now spent more time on the phone than she liked. She had been lovingly bullied into hiring an assistant, but she always felt bad giving her things to do. Never in a million years could she imagine speaking to someone the way this woman was. "Some people. Wow. You, uh, okay? You sounded angry on the phone there."

Elodie smiled at that as she nodded her head slightly. "Yeah, I can relate to that. Maybe not the talking to paintings thing, but being stuck in the house." She rarely ever told other people about her home situation, so she kept it vague intentionally. Aurora didn't even know how bad Lady Tremaine and her sisters could be sometimes. "Maybe I'll have to take after you and try to learn a skill or something. Have any reccomendations?"

"A fellow homebody! Forced or by choice?" Anna was definitely in the former category. She had far less time now that she was running the company and trying to be a good partner, but she could always make some. "Honestly, it's all about the spices. People wouldn't think cayenne would work, but it surprisingly does."

"Well, what your heart sees is very impressive. How long have you been painting?"

Elodie graciously took the cup as she gave the other girl a smile and took a long sip. Even if it was a little warm outside for a hot drink, it was still undeniably good hot chocolate. "Did you make this yourself?"

"I had a lot of time on my hands growing up. Like, a lot a lot. You can only talk to the paintings on the wall for so long before you begin to wonder if you're, well, y'know. Every once and a while I was productive and tried to gain a few new skills. This recipe is the result."

Stopping and interfering with someone's light wasn't out of character for Anna. It was never on purpose, of course. She had tendency to get distracted and sometimes it took a minute to get back on track. In some ways, it had gotten both better and worse since taking over for Elsa. "Your light? Oh, your light! Sorry, of course." Anna quickly stepped to the side. She paused to glance down at the work in progress. "—and wow, that is very impressive. I can't paint at all. Or sketch. Or do sculpt . Art? Not my forte. I'm always jealous of people who can do more than scribble."

Situated on her picnic blanket, Anna was trying to take a second to think about anything other than work. It wasn't exactly easy; her mind continued to drift from one thing to another and her attention remained divided. Anna did like to read. She had spent a lot of time doing it when she was stuck in the family's home. It just wasn't always easy for her to do. The voice speaking to her was an excuse to set the book down for a moment. "It's a history book, actually, about caster covens." Anna herself wasn't a caster, but her sister was. She wanted to learn everything she could about them.

"A vampire was bullying you?" Nico feigned a concerned tone as he frowned at the girl and tilted his head. "Surely it wasn't one of mine, was it?"

"It was a little more than bullying." Anna paused, unsure of how deep to go into the whole Han's thing. "He compelled me into being his blood bag. He basically wanted to try and get the company from my sister, Elsa, and figured I was an easier target. Which, honestly, is true. Elsa is — well, she's amazing. Anyway, we worked it out." Hans couldn't leave Walt's Landing, but he made himself scarce now. "I think he hangs around the Hunter's Tavern? Hans Anderson?"

The blonde waited three seconds before she decided to throw a few more snowflakes carried by cold winds, aiming one of them at her nose, waiting until the other would notice her a few steps back.

"Elsa! You look — wow. You look happy. You didn't tell me you were coming back to town! Please tell me you're here long enough to at least get lunch. I missed you."

"Pretty well, usually. I'd get someone to give you a recommendation, but they're all dead." Taylor flashed her fangs for a brief moment as she smirked at the other girl and rolled her eyes. She could practically hear Peter's voice in her head nagging her for not being careful enough, but she didn't care. She wasn't exactly happy with him herself.

"Wooookay." Anna exhaled, the two words blending together. "Wow. Okay." She tried to stay away from vampires when possible. Her experience with Hans left a perpetual bad taste in her mouth. Not every vampire was like her former fiancee. She understood that. Kristoff was distrusting, but he was a werewolf and the species didn't mix. Anna tried to be understanding and accepting. She really did. She just didn't know how to respond to casual comments about murder. "Have you, um, tried to unpack that with anyone?"

Anna had nothing against the sales rack. She just had never shopped there personally; Arendelle Enterprises had always kept the Snow family living quite well. Growing up, she hadn't gone into stores at all. It had been her parents assistants who had done the bulk of the shopping. Hello, sheltered. "Right." Anna opened and closed her mouth once, not totally sure as to what she was supposed to say. "Thank you for the advice, I guess?"

Maybe Wendy was being selfish, but seeing the smile of the other and hearing really lifted your spirits up. "It can be yes. You said something true though, sometimes parents don't know what to do." she nodded, "Maybe I had a little dramatic moment, so thank you for snapping me back. How can I repay you?"

"Pay me? Oh, no. No. No payment is necessary here. I didn't actually do anything. But I will say: I think that dramatic moments are just fine. We all have them from time to time, don't we?" Elsa's had almost frozen Anna's heart, but there was neither here nor there at this point.

"Dearest, is alright. I only asked if you've seen a trio of youngsters around, there should be two boy and a feisty girl. My siblings love to take a stroll so just wanted to check for them to be out of trouble." Diana spoke with a kind smile and a low chuckle, "How sweet it seems like you're fond with yours to be thinking in her over hearing your surroundings."

"Trio? No, I don't think so. Then again — I'll be honest — I wasn't exactly paying the most attention. Do you need help looking? I could look." Anna offered. The mention of her smile elicited a smile. "I always think of her." That had been true even when Elsa had locked her out of her life. "She moved away recently. We still talk, but I miss her." It had felt like Anna had just gotten her back.

"I bet I could get Kristoff to play," Anna mused. She didn't think she'd get her sister down there; Elsa and sports in the sun seemed like an unlikely combination. There was a pause. "You don't have to be coordinated, do you? Not that I'm not coordinated. I'm just — well, I guess uncoordinated sums it up."

“Right, sure. I may have been captain of the volleyball and fencing teams in high school, but yeah, you would totally win in a fight between us. Just keep telling yourself that…”

"I didn't go to high school," Anna admitted. She had been stuck with private tutors in the empty and echoing halls of her home. "And if I had, I don't think I would have been coordinated enough to play volleyball."
