âI already have,â she sighed. Wynter really needed to stop assuming that nothing happened before she was informed of something.
She wasnât entirely clear on what required clarification. âDonât restrict their movements, Wynter. But if they deviate from what theyâre supposed to be doing, I want to know everything about it.â
Wynter frowned, confused. âBut surely you canât have already told them their students in particular need collecting, when weâve only just ascertained who the instigators were.â
She gave up on trying to ask the question subtly. âCan we track their use of the Matrix, Madam President?â
âI have told them that their students need picking up, but not which ones,â she replied with a sigh. âWynter, my life is difficult enough without me having to explain every detail to which I work to you. Just trust me to know what Iâm doing?â
She rose an eyebrow. âTalk to Narvin about it, I doubt itâs nothing sheâs not already doing.â
