The amount of times I cussed out people in financial aid and FAFSA while I was in college was ridiculous. It makes no sense why it’s so fucking difficult to get an education in the fucked up country.

oh it makes PERFECT sense if you consider that the endgame isn’t to make people educated, it’s to make them employable. And to make sure people are locked into jobs as young as possible and absolutely fucking terrified to do anything that might cause them to become unemployable, like union organizing, protest or civil disobedience, because they’ve got the threat of tens of thousands of dollars in debt hanging over their heads if they can’t keep up with the payments.
