I honestly thought I was ok. Then I listened to I Never Learn. The final nail in the coffin was Sleeping Alone. I'm an emotional wreck. Fuck you Lykke Li.

Monet. Signac. Boudin. French and fantastic. I've been to France sure. Eiffel Tower? Yeah it's alright. If you like tall things. But the only reason I went to France was for Monet. Yup. Monet. That sexy impressionistic bastard. I spent TWO HOURS at the Musée de l'Orangerie just eye fucking the shit out off Les Nymphéas. It was one of the happiest moments of my life. I'm not sure why art, in particular "pretty" art, has such an effect on me. Alain de Botton seems to be on to something though...

Flowers in spring, blue skies, children running on the beach ... these are the visual symbols of hope. Cheerfulness is an achievement and hope is something to celebrate."
