Fun fact! She was the second oc i ever made lol Anyway some info that could help with the design

-Her main "gimmick" is that she's a fake hero, She will help magical girls in fights or generously donate grief seeds to those in need but only if it benefits her, and if she's in a position where she needs to steal or kill she will but only if no ones around to see it. The only thing she's intrested in is recognition and praise but despite pretending she's a good person her actual personality lacks any of the traits youd usually see in a "hero" She's a hypocritical liar, and at times narcissistic but she does what she does beacuse she wants to be loved and looked up to.

-Her powers kind of also show that she's not a typical hero as she's more suited to trickery or confusion, Her powers mess with peoples perception making visual illusions that she takes advantage of for suprise attacks, they also come in handy when she needs to hide the truth and embellish her own image. These powers came from her wish which was to be perceived as dependable to her sister. A long time ago she had a older sister she looked up to and despite the diffrences between eachother she hoped that they could be close as she truly did admire her, she discovered her sister was a magical girl and was amazed begging her to take her in and teach her- but her sister refused and while it was out of worry that a horrific life waited for her sister if she did become like her Momo thought her sister refused her beacuse she wasnt good enough. However with her wish she did get what she wanted and the two did become a duo just like Momo wanted but tragedy would strike as a witch would overpower them and being a newbie Momo couldnt do much to stop her sister from being killed in battle. This loss affected her deeply and to summarize basically gave her the motivation to keep her sisters memory alive by emulating her and doing good deeds so that she was known by everyone as a amazing talented and beloved hero- What Momo saw her sister as and what Momo herself secretly wants to be seen as too.

So while she did set out with a very noble goal out of grief and with the desire to be loved her methods quickly turned dark even if she finds endless ways to excuse them as she's the person who's bought her own lies the most.
