Journal #1 "What kind of person do I want to become starting today?"
Hello everyone! I just want to say that I decided to write my journal here. Even if everyone is not interested, I will still opt to do so. So, brace yourself! Lately, I've been struggling to find a job that suits my personality. I am a teacher by profession; however, I am not currently teaching. I genuinely want to grow as a person—both in terms of career and finances. As for the kind of person I want to become, I’m still figuring that out. Finding a job is really hard. These days, having a job is truly a blessing. I’ve been actively searching for one. I even tried applying for jobs overseas, but to no avail. I don't know if it’s bad luck or a lack of ability, but securing a position has been extremely difficult. As much as I try not to dwell on it, I’m starting to regret the opportunities I’ve missed. Honestly, I’m a teacher by profession, but I decided not to continue in that path. Don’t get me wrong—it’s not that I dislike teaching, but I just can’t see myself doing it long-term. For me, it’s very stressful and demanding. I’m aiming for an office job or even a business opportunity because I feel those align more with my personality. Despite being stuck in this ongoing situation, I truly want to grow as a person. Career-wise and financially, I want to achieve something I can be proud of. I know I can’t stay in this situation forever. I really, really want to succeed—to discover and unlock my full potential. If you were to ask me what kind of person I want to become starting today, my answer would be: I want to become someone I can be proud of. It may be hard to achieve right now, but I’m trying—still trying. I don’t want to be the same version of myself as I was yesterday. Slowly, I want to become the person I am meant to be.
