No, but seriously…I love star-crossed couples and what better star-crossed couple than these two? Even if Kouta never fully accepts Lucy / Kaede…he still accepts Nyuu and they might have had a beautiful life together. Just the flipping pain in Kaede’s eyes whenever she looks at Kouta and knows that they can never be…she never expected forgiveness, she just wanted to apologize, and she really tried to make it right in the end, at the cost of her own life, even though it was already way too late…even so…Kouta was ready to forgive her (as Nyuu) and alksjdlkajsdlkjas.
