I have been watching my being move through the most tremendous swells of yearning... like a levee has broke and a pent-up ocean is pouring forth, Untamed and wild, yet caged. It has become undeniably clear to me that ANY discomfort I feel is simply the sensation of Love being contained against its true nature... pressing hard against the boundaries that constrain it, So that now only ONE question and many words keep churning through me, on repeat-- an obsession that comes and goes throughout a day... "How exactly do I dwell in the openness of all that I am? How do I lift these programmed limitations from my heart? How do I drop the back-and-forth pull between clinging and resistance that has me spinning in circles?" I hear the answer. I see it...I know… And still a battle rages. "Drop the struggle. Rest in the space between. I am safety. I am love. I am bliss. I am an open invitation. I will never pull or push you, and I will always be right here. SURRENDER."

According to Hindu mythology, Apasmāra was a demon who represented ignorance. In order to preserve knowledge, Apasmāra could not be killed; to do so would throw out the balance of knowledge and ignorance, as to kill Apasmāra would mean attaining knowledge without effort, dedication and hard work. Consequently this would lead to the devaluing of knowledge in all forms. In order to subdue Apasmāra, Lord Śiva adopted the form of Śrī Naṭarāja - the Lord of Dance and performed the cosmic dance of Tāṇḍava. During this dance, Śrī Naṭarāja suppressed Apasmāra by crushing him with his right foot. As Apasmāra is one of the few demons destined to immortality, it is believed that Lord Śiva forever remains in his Śrī Naṭarāja form suppressing Apasmāra for all eternity. Wow! Today is my last day offering massage at Metta for the next year! My feelings over the past month have been unfamiliar, curious, and a bit scary, so thanks to everyone who has put up with my intense moods! More than ever, I want to acknowledge and honor what a privilege it is to work surrounded in such trust and intimacy with clients and coworkers. I am incredibly grateful, I love you all, and, remember, I'll still be here most of the time! On a more personal note, I am trusting that there is a new horizon for me just beyond this bend, and WHOA!!!

A series of seriously serendipitous events led me to sign up for the Yoni Bliss series with Michelle Stafford. I honestly feel like my intentions for deeper healing of past trauma directly led me to the support of this circle for strengthening my personal sense of sacredness in femininity, sexuality, and relationship. I am so grateful for the knowledge imparted about the Yoni egg practice and Yoni breathing, I am BEYOND grateful for the opportunity to share learning, sharing, and joyful ass-shaking in such an open and inviting group. I truly felt like my highest self was welcomed, heard, and honored, and I look so forward to continuing this group practice! Thank you so much @divayogi for your clear and effective communication (!!!!) and your gift of nurturing and healing in community! So happy to have made these connections! Over the past year I have felt so much gratitude for this wise woman and her teachings.
