I took part in a creative contest that was open to everyone in the country, and I came fifth. It sounds okay, but I feel like such a failure. The best I could do was fifth, meanwhile someone else came first. I can't help feeling like this.

I hate that whenever I have an early morning, I always have trouble falling asleep the night before. It's currently 3:35am, and I have to be awake by 7am.
And it's not as if I'm not sleepy!! ðŸ˜
I love food.
That's it. That's my post.
I used to talk fast before... Until I realised the joys of speaking slowly... Yesterday.
It's crazy that I find this mind-blowing. I'm not sure if it's because I have adhd, but perhaps because I value when people speak fast and get to the point, I subconsciously started to do the same. And it got worse a few weeks back. I found myself stumbling over my words and stuttering with a lot of ums and uhs. It made me feel stupid... PS, I'm not.
Anyway, I came across a video of this woman speaking slowly, and when I say slowly, I don't mean lagging, I mean paced, eloquent and articulate. And I decided to give it a try. It's amazing, and I'm going to do my best to continue to speak slowly.
