Day 2 of our new (and totally full) WFR/WEMT course finds Josh right back where he started, teaching spinal anatomy (pun intended).

On February 19, Bruce Goldthwaite, the Simulation Coordinator for the NH Department of Safety, Divisionof Fire Standards and Training and EMS, brought his rig up to SOLO so our Advanced EMT students could run through some very realistic scenarios. It was a great experience!

Ah, the joys of being dragged around in the woods on a SOLO Wilderness First Responder course...

While the exact injury or medical emergency isn't obvious in this photo, or this early in the patient assessment process, one thing is clear: that guy defines the word, "pale."
