It caught the female off guard what the man said. She ended up staring at the blond for hearing what he had said. The huntress was expecting some sarcastic remarks from him, but ended up sensing a friendlier one. Kurapika barely know the man personally, but already heard few things about him because of sources yeah boi!! 

Kurapika adjusted herself from her seat, straightening her posture, clasped her hands on the table as she stared at him with a smirk on her face. “Would you mind showing me a demonstration of your statement? It sounds like it’s an efficient way to achieve it, and as well to be able to clear one’s mind in a short amount of time, Lux,” Kurapika retorted.

          “ If I had my idiot of a friend with me, I’d be happy to show you.            But, unfortunately, he’s off in his own lala land. ”

   What he wouldn’t give to slam that boys head into a wall. Honestly, nothing more would brighten his day than having that happen. But, thankfully for his friend, he was not around; he was far away on his own adventure.

   He leaned back in his chair, giving the woman a quick glance over. Well, look wise, she didn’t seem like much, it looked like she was an average girl with an odd sense of fashion. Though, because of training he wished he could forget, he could tell there was something special about the girl. Whether he would like what’s special about her or not, he did not know at the moment.

          “ Anyways, who are you? Wait - how did you know my name? ”

   Lux had many questions when he first awoke. First, where on earth was he and second, how did he get this human body? There were a few other questions in mind, but those two were the most important at the moment. Someone else was in the room with him, another sword turned human apparently, that thankfully explained everything to him. The other sword told them about his new master, the person that brought him here. He urged Lux to follow him to the Saniwa’s room to which Lux reluctantly followed.

   Though he wouldn’t admit it, he was nervous about meeting another master. He had quite a sour view on them considering how well it went with his last one. But unfortunately, what choice did he have? A sword must obey his master and that was all there was to it.

          “ I am known as Lux, a pleasure to meet you Master. ”

   It was a peaceful day for Lux; he was laying out underneath the trees, enjoying the light breeze and the sound of soft chirping in the distance. He couldn’t help but to drift off to sleep, though, that only last a mere minute or two, for the sound of leaves crunching stirred him awake. Oh how he wanted to glare at the person who woke him.

   What the hell just happened? First, these weird looking creatures appeared, seemingly out of nowhere, and began destroying everything. Then, this girl and other strangely dressed people came and started fighting them. Luckily enough one woman came and escorted him to cover before he could get hurt.

     Ali had come by to get some fresh air. The meadow was right by her house, after all. If things got so bad (which realistically happened every night), she could come out here to blow steam and trust that she was alone. Well… Usually. The boy in the area threw her off, but she wasn’t about to interrupt his reverie for her own curiosity’s sake. 

     When he didn’t notice her presence initially, she took a few steps back before turning her back to him and kneeling to look at some of the flowers. This was so calming… Soon the presence of the boy faded as well, and she idly began to hum a lullaby to herself as she picked a flower and slowly began to pick the petals from the stem. 

     Am I loved? Am I not? Am I loved? Am I not… Oh. It landed on no…

   It was peaceful and honestly, the humming was a nice touch. He heard it, but it took a moment to process what that meant. Blinking at the sudden realization, he turned to the source, stunned. ‘When did she get here?’ Had he really not noticed? Shame on him, he should have been more aware of his surroundings.

   The moment was now ruined for him since he realized the other person was here. Though, of course, he could try to get rid of her. Then he would have his peaceful moment back and continue picking the flowers. Yes, why not give that a shot? Completely turning around, he placed his foot on the girls back, giving her a light nudge.

“Ah, there you are. I figured you would be out here in the woods by yourself. Shall we continue our training then?”

   Training was rather difficult for him, he never knew just how bad he was with the sword until he met the blue haired man. Though, he was determined to learn. Like hell would he resort to using magic ever again, this was his best escape goat for it. Even so, it was exhausting, after a while, he sought solitude; just a bit of a break from the man as well as the training. It was peaceful, that was, until he heard a sudden voice.

          “ Ah, my apologies, we can continue... ”
