" makes sense but i guess if people are horny enough, why wait ? " he chuckles with a nonchalant shrug. so people weren't camera shy like he thought they'd be. he was mildly impressed, and wanted to see if any other housemates were just as desperate to scratch that itch. "yup," he says popping the p and raising his chin. " i'm asking everyone... consider it my way of getting to know my house mates and seeing where their heads are at, " he smirked followed by a light laughter at her response. " i do but will it actually happen ? who knows."

"Trying to determine alliances between the lustful and the prude?" She definitely could have fallen in the lustful category if she had followed her initial inclination with King. Thankfully, she had enough self-control to retreat. Her goal was to move differently in her than she would outside of this experiment. So far, she had been behaving. "Can't deal with heartbreak, or you don't want to end up looking a fool? Personally, for me, it's both."

"I just took some lessons when I was younger. My mom wanted me to try everything." Lex admitted with a light laugh. "Nervous." She murmured. "I want us to be a perfect match, you know? Probably too good to be true, since it's only Week 2, and we saw how hopeful Brad and Candy were, but... I don't know, I just... I want that with you. Everything with you seems... easy, and I'm... I'm not ready for that to change if it isn't a match." Lex said, letting out a long exhale, her voice soft. "What about you?"

"Yeah, me, too," he nodded with all sincerity. This was nice. It may have only been the second week in, but Cam felt like he was steadily building something here with Lex. It was tangible and didn't feel far from reality. "I'd be really happy to be your match, Lex." Finding love should be effortless and natural, right? "If not...we'll figure it out. I can at least say I'd love to have you in my life forever if you allow it."

his eyes widened as he jokingly points to himself. " a-are you talking to me ? " he stutters jokingly before reaching over to grab a fresh towel. " here ya go, " he smiles as he hands her the towel. " oh and um... i'm kolby, by the way. "

"What? Has no one called you cute before? Or is handsome more fitting for you to respond to?" she said swiftly, taking the towel from his hands with a thank you. "Kolby, pleasure. You found yourself a wife yet?"

"Well, that's why I'm here. To help you." Lex said with a warm smile. "Without the judgmental stares, of course." she added, in a conspirational whisper, sneaking a look at their instructor before giggling. "But c'mon, eyes on me. We're starting off easy, okay? It'll be fine. You'll be fine. You'll be a pro in no time."

"Is this where you tell me you're not only a fantastic writer but an exquisite ballroom dancer too?" he smiles. Grabbing a hold of her hand, he let out a breath as the music started playing. "Eyes on you is easy enough. How are you feeling about everything so far?"

"I'm having a hard time equating how you're the problem from what I've gathered so far. Don't you start blushing on me!" Granted, they've only been chatting for a few minutes, but there was no way he could know the depths of Sutton. "What do you think you need versus what have you gone after before in the past?" Perhaps that would help Cameron gauge personalities and where he potentially could fit. "Red flags? I do weigh my family’s opinion a lot, but it’s such a fine line, you know?”  It served him well, but he also held their opinions with a lot of weight, which may be problematic in the future. “I'm still friends with my exes? I know some people don’t care and others hate it," he says casually with a shrug. There was no love lost on his end.

"That's the balance we all gotta figure out. What eggs do we put in which basket and how many?" It would be kind of gut-wrenching to put your eggs all in one basket to be told you weren't a match or none at all, and told you were with no viable connection because effort wasn't made. His strategy to navigate the game aspect was to get to know everyone, have conversations, and not attach himself to anyone until about week five. If he scored some dates and can get into the truth booth to help provide clarity, that would be better. "Right now I've got Lex, Sutton, and Tala on my radar, but as you said...gotta play the game smart."

"is that what they're saying about me?" ant couldn't help but give an inquisitive raise of his eyebrow. he was always worried about how he'd be perceived in the limelight, so the 'golden retriever' type, was a welcome label. "dunno, suppose i could seem clingy, or a bit 'much,' to people at times. personally, i like to see it as taking stock in my partner's life and what they're invested in, though suppose i could see it from their view."

"For now." It was only week one after all. Time would tell whether Anthony would remain in favor by the end. "Clingy is a choice word. So, your identity is usually wrapped up in your partners instead of having your own, or am I misunderstanding?" It was a delicate balance and no judgment on her end. "Who are you without a relationship?"
