kiss me & i might drop dead

style: southern casual style ( work boots, cowboy hats, brown leather jackets, thick jeans, belts ). he doesn't buy things new except for formal wear and hats, doesn't spend more than necessary on clothes and finds designer clothes ridiculous.

he would smell like dirt in a really calming earthy way. like mother nature herself embraced him. reiner just naturally smells like that no matter what he does.

extremely messy hair, always. he doesn't care enough to style it, " my hair should know what to do. "

he always carries around a pocketknife and a lighter. he doesn't need a pocketknife to defend himself and he doesn't smoke, but he takes them with him anyways.

the immune system of a beast, this guy never gets sick. if he does happen to get sick, he gets through it really quickly.

i think he would walk with a very slight limp. a childhood injury that never healed quite right and still affects him. he probably doesn't even realize he's doing it.

he's got a problem with self isolation. if he messes up or thinks people are irritated with him, he'll disappear. he can't hurt anyone if there's no one around to hurt.

reiners got a southern accent, but he tries to hide it ( like sasha did a bit ) but sometimes the craziest southern idioms or some of the dialect slips out. most of the time he'll cough awkwardly and apologize, but sometimes he doesn't even notice.

he is a hugger. like oh my god. he'll have just met someone and give them a big ol bear hug.

loves spring. he can get really seasonally depressed over the winter with the lack of sun. when everything gets super vibrant and lively during the spring, it's like a breath of fresh air to him.

he bruises / scars pretty easy. he'll have little bruised spots that he has no idea where they came from, same with scratches or dots. he calls it an occupational hazard.

type: bear boyfriend ,, looks scary but a big ol softy

love language: reiner expresses his love through physical touch and acts of service. he constantly wants to have skin to skin contact with you. reiner feels loved by all of them, let's be honest. it does not matter what you do, if you've thought of him in the process, he feels loved.

petnames: my love, my dear, my baby, my girl/ boy, my princess / prince, my one and only, my darling, my perfect [name], my honey

dates: he sees "dates" as fancy expensive dinners. everything else is just him spending quality time with you ( watching a movie, going on a walk, visiting a museum or aquarium, etc )

when the two of you first met he was probably a nervous wreck. he would do something weird or stupid and think his chances went from .001 to 0. in reality, you thought it was ridiculously cute.

he struggles to take compliments.

he dreams of settling down with you. for me, the vibes would be when wolverine lived in a small mountain town for a while. just calm and quiet nights with no care in the world.

reiner has hard nights sometimes. memories come back too strong or he can't quiet place a feeling he used to know so well. when that confusion sets in, you're the only one who can calm him down.

he's always hugging up on you.

you're one of the only people who can tell him what to do, if not the only.

he absolutely loves that you have the strength and guts to take out anybody that bothers you, whether that be kicking their ass or telling them off, he finds it extremely attractive. he could knock them out in an instant if you ever needed his help.

he doesn't try to hide his southern accent around you.

reiner loves that he doesn't have to speak so often around you. there's just a nonverbal kind of communication that the two of you have seemed to master. you're able to read him like a book and vice versa. you're so interlinked with each others souls.

notes app warrior. he's got a list of your favorite things, your favorite memories, his favorite memories of you, places he wants to take you, things you've casually mentioned you wanted or wanted to do, etc. just a whole bunch of lists.
