Perpetually thinking about...

i feel like i’m going to go insane and explode and i don’t really know what to do about it. the best and only solution is moving out but things are too expensive, until then i just have to cope & ignore my environment but i’ve been doing that all my life & i’m repeatedly breaking down several times a week bc of it

& it’s like i can spend more time outside of my house or learn to ignore things but shouldn’t i have a quiet space to relax in??? don’t i deserve peace and quiet without having to deal with critique? that’s all i’ve ever wanted since i was young. not having a stable safe space can have such a negative impact

i just want to go home at this point -.-
